The procedure:

• Whether your material is in bags, boxes, pallets or loose, we can shred material of any quantity.
• In preparation of a clear-out, we can supply you with strong sealed paper bags to store your unwanted documents.
• On a scheduled date, CCS personnel will remove your confidential material and securely shred it in one of our mobile shredding units which will be located outside your premises.
• You are welcome to witness the destruction of your documents through our installed CCTV monitors.
• A certificate of destruction is issued upon request that states your data has been 100% confidentially destroyed.
