The procedure:

• We offer both a regularly scheduled service or a service by request.
• We supply and install lockable, office-style, grey console bins free of charge to your office.
• Our console bins ensure maximum efficiency, as well as security storage of your data.
• On a scheduled date, CCS personnel will remove the inner sack that holds your confidential material from the console.
• The contents are imported directly from your office to our mobile shredding unit and immediately shredded at your premises.
• You are welcome to witness the destruction of your documents through our installed CCTV monitors.
• A certificate of destruction is issued upon request that states your data has been 100% confidentially destroyed.
